granite Posted October 5, 2009 Report Share Posted October 5, 2009 im heading to my second T session and i hope it goes a little better then the first it just didnt feel right,i have so much in my head and i want to get it out i dont know what to say or how to start and i end up not saying a whole lot because of it.that and i just dont trust so easy and worry i am going to say something wrong.just a bunch of stuff just gets in the way of me making any usefull time of therapy i so hope i can someday get over this.i do want to feel better.that would be nice.
