Think that may be it.

Mine are--

Lifts

Crowded trains and buses. Tubes are the worst.

Revolving doors. Especially where more than one person can fit in a segment.

Multi storey carparks

Rough areas eg Hackney, Woolwich, Dalston, Harlesden

Dead animals

Standing in queues (its not the waiting, its having people stand behind me)

Being in front of a lot of children

there may be more...

I hate crowded cinemas as well. I always have to sit at the end so I can run out.

I have a huge fear of people I love dying. One reason why its so hard for me to get that close to people.

Being left and saying goodbye is a huge issue for me as well.

All my phobias make sense and it all connects to feeling out of control, pain and abandonment.

dried out baked beans (i dont know why, god they make me want to puke though)

people standing/being in my 'space'

being naked next to anyone.

phone conversations

planes

being put to sleep for operations (hate the complete lack of control whilest under)

people being really nice and understanding (only a phobia when im feeling fragile)

sitting in the back of a car thats full.

Also hate saying good bye

being abandoned

my liver packing up (such a phobia i still drink grrrrr)

falling back into a deep depression and having to start from scratch again.

being heavily sedated by medication

being in a car crash

being in a train crash

being in a any kind of serious crash

something happening to my son

being high up with a low ledge

edge of train tracks

men coverd in oil

men in floresent work jackets

cockroaches

I used to be really scared of dogs

Ok, so im nurotic, but a lot of them are moree deep rooted fears than actual phobias. I forget how you deffine the difference though.

I used to have a phobia of lifts, but, I got cured of this when my brother moved to America - Chicago - I have been dragged up those skyscrapers so much that I can cope now - mind you my fear of dying has disappeared now, my Nan is welcome to come and get me.

My main phobias are:

Public speaking

talking on the phone to strangers

walking into shops where someone might know me

being watched, assessed, judged etc.

physical contact

anything that involves me asking someone for something, for example, asking

for a cake in a cake shop - I know it sounds daft.

socialising

meeting new people

multi-storey car parks

men I don't know

women I don't know

BABIES - this is one of my worst, children are fine once they can talk, say 2+

being wrong

not doing enough to help someone

being disliked

I didn't think I had many but once you start it is difficult to stop, but, I will now!

Oh, Tracey, I gather you don't like needles much!

I have a phobia of cooking meat to. I can't eat it if I cook it. I fear that I did not cook it right even though its cremated.

I am glad I made you smile.

Seriously, one day I cooked mince meat and I used to harrass my roommates to make sure it cooked before I ate it. One day my roommates were not around so I had to guess. It looked brown but for some reason I was not convinced that it was cooked right. But it was! Anyway, I ate it and I became so obsessed with it not being cooked correctly I made myself throw up.

Also with chicken as well. I am so obsessed with it not being cooked right that It tastes different and I cannot eat it.

I am also afraid of my pains in my body. Last night I had a headache and I was sure it was a brain tumour or I was having an anurism. I can convince myself of these things. Its freaking scary! This is how I gave myself my first panic attack at 15. I convinced myself I had a brain tumour. I guess I didn't cause I would be dead right now.

My friends and family used to laugh at me all the time. I was scared you know!

I am a basket case!

Last sept. I actually convinced myself I was pregnant. A few days after I realized oh crap! I started obsessively looking online for the symptoms and only a few days after I started feeling dizzy, nauseous, stomach pains, integestion, and every other symptom you can think of I had. I kept complaining to my friends and actually had them thinking I was. I took a test like 2 weeks after and of course nothing showed up but it was too early anyway. Two weeks after that when I got my period I started dancing around and was so relieved! But, I remembered my nana having hers for three months before she found out she was. Well, I carefully tracked my cycle and wasn't. Won't make that mistake again! Arrrghhh!
