The chances are that if you are cutting back on your intake it will have a huge effect on your depressive state. I admit that this is very easy to say and very hard to do but sometime you just have to put your health first and take the VERY SLIM chance that your employer might find out (highly doubtful though) Your employer would probably be mortified if they found out you werent getting medical help over fear of losing your job.
