Well my parents have finally gone and left me for a whole TWO WEEKS.......I wanted to book some days off work so I could have the house to myself and just relax without having to think about getting up early and going to work. (but on the plus side, I aint sat at home in a house where I can think about food or not). Now my friends are talking about joining a gym (no offense but they DO need to lose weight) and I know that I don't really (in reality) but I am a quite un-fit person so I thought maybe I should join up with them and it would give me something to do and I was wondering, if I dont eat alot or only just eat small portions I won't get fat and get healthy at the same time !!!
