Wisdom
Intrusive thoughts? Try writing each thought/worry on a seperate piece of scrap paper. Take each worry/thought that you wrote down do either of the following: *Place each worry and /or thought into a box/jar/container with a lid *wrinkle each piece of paper and throw it in the trash *The container hold the worries/thoughts until you want them again *The trash allows you to throw the worries/thoughts away for GOOD It really helps........... JTBadBug
Hi Tracey, It sounds so familiar, I have good ideas but they rarely seem to work for me. It must be an internal processing error within our brains. Never mind. I hope you start to feel better soon and manage to get a little bit more sleep. Just one quick question, would you ever like to be able to give you life up for someone else to have the chance of survival from your organs? Sometimes I think it would be better if the good lord took me and not some other poor person who lives life better - but, let me just say, I am good at the moment, so I am quite happy to live a little longer today! Do take care, Rambling Jane xxx
Katherine
((((((Tracey)))))) Have you tried a good long soak in one of those Radox bubble baths, you know the Good Night (or whatever) with Chamomile and Lavender in? It doesn't sort out Life, but can help you relax and sleep--it helped for me anyway... hugs, karie
Betsy
Sorry your sleep is all mixed up. That messes with everything else. I don't have any good advice because I am on a drug induced sleep and I wouldn't recommend that if you can help it. ( don't worry it is all prescribed meds ) bets
