How long does it last for? Does it make you so tired that you can't go out and do things? If I have something on my mind that is stressing me out, will it calm me down? toe Posted March 19, 2010 Report Share Posted March 19, 2010 Hi Rich, I've only had them a few times (10mg) (I don't know how that compares dose wise !) For me, they made me feel much more relaxed and maybe a bit drowsey too. They certainley don't make you forget your problems etc., but they help you perhaps face them considderably calmer. I could still function as much as I could before hand whilst on them, and whilst not making me 'talkative', they made me relaxed enough to be ABLE to talk. Lily-Bee Posted March 19, 2010 Report Share Posted March 19, 2010 Hi It works lil different for different people but will try to answer -You will still be you but depending on dose and how strongly your body reacts you might be a bit drowsy,maybe a lil less able to concentrate. -Mostly makes people quieter because they feel calm a bit sedated -Most people love the feeling,feeling very relaxed,calm. -If Im not mistaking about 4 hours then it dies down. -that depends on the dose and how strongly your body reacts,if you feel it really makes you too tired you could try a lower dose.I think these are also pills you can break in half if so needed. -For most people when stressed it calms them down yes. I did things I wouldnt normally do, like stealing from shops, and feel negativity towards people. This was after being on them longer than the recommended time. Does it make you quiet or talkative? No difference How does it make you feel? Masks anxiety at first but creates bigger anxiety if on them too long. How long does it last for? A few hours Does it make you so tired that you can't go out and do things? It didnt make me tired, but it depends on how many you take. It will mask it, only in the very short term, then if used for too long, it will magnify anxieties These drugs are only meant for very short term use of acute anxiety, non addictive drugs should be sought for long term use.
