Pink stars Posted May 5, 2010 Report Share Posted May 5, 2010 Hi every one, I hope your well xx OK so things have been poo lately and I've not had much happy/positive things to be able to say (on here and in rl) But I can say this..... I am now 6 months Sh free I know 6 months is not an incredibly long time but I have had a sh problem for 13 years now and at my worst I was sh'ing a-few times a day, every day. I feel kinda proud of myself right now as I've had alot of stress lately which normally would have made me sh but I have managed to keep from doing it.
