penumbra Posted June 29, 2010 Report Share Posted June 29, 2010 Hello Elke! I have been on Fluvoxamine for about three weeks. It was prescribed to me for my OCD and depression and I find that it has made me less anxious on a day to day basis (but not during crises) However, at the moment it hasn't done anything about my depression or obsessive thoughts. Without my anxiety and restlessness I find I end up just lying in bed most of the time and giving in to the depressive symptoms instead. Hoping it will get better however since I was recently raised from 50 to 100 mg a day. What was it prescribed to you for?
