... I had once been 'diagnosed' with a 'personality disorder', well no-one bothered to tell me or point me in the direction of all the remedies.

Well the fact is I have been an Asperger for over half a century and didn't know it till I was into my 40s, no wonder I had adapted wrongly when life was a strain which it mostly is.

My 'personality disorder' actually means that I was putting myself across in a weird and sometimes slightly inappropriate way.

Which is my own finding on reviewing my life, no-one said all that time, they probably realised there was no point complaining because I wasn't being helped to know what was actually wrong with me.

I'm slowly trying to learn new adaptations for what life remains to me, am fortunate that life is less busy so can keep quiet a lot ...
