I would read the list over and over as a way of controling my negative thinking. Most of what seems serious isn't. The future comes one day at a time. Cultivate the art of positive thinking. Look at your life from the inside out. Let go and allow the future to unfold. Good health is often about prevention. Trust your bodies ability to heal itself. Stay strong and stay above the battles. Deal positively with unfamiliar feelings. A positive attitude attracts positive results. Onwards and upwards is the only way to go. Where your attention goes your energy flows. Relax and go with the natural flow of your life. Free your mind of negative and limiting thoughts. Allow your thoughts and ideas time to self-organise. It takes time to adjust to new situations and routines. Allow loved ones to chalk up their own experiences. Cultivate a good positive attitude with clear thinking.
