Im also going to try and set (realistic) goals for myself

- but also i have to remember to allow myself space to error and not to beat myself up

For example, allowing my body to feel emotions , is NOT a failure ..........i must try and remember that

This is a great idea!

And I can tell you it works.

I made lists of positive statements to read over and over whenever I was struggling to cope. It really works.

Here are some of my own personal positive thoughts.

I would read the list over and over as a way of controling my negative thinking.

Most of what seems serious isn't.

The future comes one day at a time.

Cultivate the art of positive thinking.

Look at your life from the inside out.

Let go and allow the future to unfold.

Good health is often about prevention.

Trust your bodies ability to heal itself.

Stay strong and stay above the battles.

Deal positively with unfamiliar feelings.

A positive attitude attracts positive results.

Onwards and upwards is the only way to go.

Where your attention goes your energy flows.

Relax and go with the natural flow of your life.

Free your mind of negative and limiting thoughts.

Allow your thoughts and ideas time to self-organise.

It takes time to adjust to new situations and routines.

Allow loved ones to chalk up their own experiences.

Cultivate a good positive attitude with clear thinking.

You are not wrong just different - dare to be different.

this is lovely to read hun

im having a bit of a down day

but im determined to try and challenge my thoughts rather than just acting on impulse
