chorse_70
For the first time ever in my life I've told my Therapist something I keep so secret that really only a few know. Not even my own family know this but I decided if I truly want help I need to share it with my Therapist so I did. Do I feel better? well kinda yes and kinda no because this was something I never wanted anyone to know but maybe it's best I told her?

Miko
It must be helping to achieve objectivity & perspective on it. To be more certain, you could ask her if she thinks that is the case when a client shares things?
