Eveleigh Posted December 14, 2010 Report Share Posted December 14, 2010 I was at therapy (DBT) this morning with my one to one therapist and I actually think I might have made a breakthrough! Yes it was a particularly 'heavy' session delving into my relationship with my parents when I was a child but I think I've finally found the reasons behind my my fear of failure and always striving for perfection. I wont go into the details but despite it being a pretty intense and uncomfortable session I actually feel quite positive for the first time in ages!
