One didn't make me feel anything, and 2 made me feel a bit woozy an like i was in 'marshmallow land'. But not really unpleasant. I am given xanax now for my anxiety disorder , but i am reliant to them after 9 yrs. I hope the buspar helps you tho. We are all different when it comes to meds i guess.
