So I'm bpd obviously lol and tried therapy once with a clinical psychologist second with a councellor both were really lovely but neither really helped. I also did dbt but group only. Which I just found frustratin and not much help for me anyway. I kinda think you have to figure out root course of why the behaviours there before you can address changing it. Anyway in all honestly it stressed me out so much I ended up drinkin more to get through it. So I was just wantin to ask anyone who's had therapy or in therapy what kind would they recommend?
