Just 55 per cent of people in relationships say that they are ‘very happy’. Three quarters of singles would like to be in a relationship. Three out of 10 people are looking for a new job, while four out of 10 people would like to change careers altogether. More women than men are stressed at work, with 28 per cent of women saying they experience significant and unhealthy levels of stress at work, as opposed to 19 per cent of men. 72 per cent of people would like to be more confident, with people rating themselves as 67 per cent confident on average. Nearly six out of 10 people have been depressed in the past, and of those three out of 10 still are. 37 per cent of people stated that they’ve experienced some kind of mid-life or identity crisis. Just 29 per cent of people said that their social life was fulfilling. LanieD116 Posted July 27, 2004 Report Share Posted July 27, 2004 I'm happy today - I got a phone call from my husband and he was using his sweet tone with me and got very playful. He was feeling confident and has a new goal he's confident in reaching. He sounded like the man i fell in love with 4 years ago - I've missed that man. I'm also happy b/c my meds were doubled! lol.... and they don't wear off now.... and I have my little boy this week all to myself and he's my favorite little cuddle bug. I'm happy b/c my sweet angel daughter left for her first camp yesterday and I was told that they had a hard time choosing b/w she and another camper for camper of the day!!! She has a magnetic personality and draws everyone to her where ever she goes. The other camper got it - but what a compliment! - there's about 300 campers =0) And the sun's shining and my favorite big fluffy white clouds are hanging out in the sky - that always cheers me up.
