Dear

Thank you for contacting us to tell us about your journey between B

and S on 23rd June.

I was concerned to hear that you have been suffering from a concussion (i did let them know that the week after been told I got whiplash)

following your journey and I send you my best wishes and hope that you are

feeling better.

I assure you that the safety and well being of our customers is our number

one priority. The company that operated this service is a regular and

reliable operator. The drivers are normally very conscientious and take

very good care of our customers. On the whole, we are satisfied that they

deliver customer service to our standards and expectations. We are

naturally very concerned to hear that the coach that you was on was

involved in a minor collision with another vehicle..

We take all complaints about our drivers and the safety of our services

very seriously. The details of your complaint have already been sent to the

driver's manager for a thorough investigation, the outcome of which will

determine any follow up action that is required.

Once again, please accept my sincere apologies for the unpleasant

experience you've described and if I can be of any further assistance,

please feel free to get back in contact with me.

Yours sincerely

Customer Relations Executive

Hi (((autismflipper)))

It looks to me as if they are investigating the bus incident.

Have you been to the doctor about your whiplash. You may be able to get a letter saying that you are still in pain. You may also be eligible for some compensation. I got whiplash after a minor collision where I was a passenger about 15 years ago and I got £1500 for it.

If I were you I would take the letter to your local citizens advice bureau and see what they say.

hope you feel better soon

Hi Flip,

Agree with Starry.

I do think that if you have been inconvienced by an accident that you are entitled to some redress.

Traffic accidents are scary, especially those of us who are more prone to anxiety / worry / panic.

I think that they are being 'extra nice' to you as they know you could sue.

In my experience, after being a passanger in a taxi that crashed in 04, it took 3 years for the settlement (30k). I accepted an out-of-court sum, saving me having to attend court, but I had to have scans, physio , solicitors appts, etc.

I am sorry you are feeling so crap, I hope you feel better soon, xx am

the hospital and doctors are the ones who told me ive got whiplash,

with regards to compensation my local solictor came back saying that i wont be able to make a claim as there no sufficient chance of winning in court, and even if i did it would be risky. but recommended me law fund , means nothing to me. but mum going to help me with cab.

im nt allowed to claim more than £6.000 income support told me
