I Hadn't Been Doing Very Well With My Diet

I hope that motivation will keep me going with my diet. As im out of money and not paid until wednesday i can't diet as im in house with less food.

I have found a good diet called ' little black dress' , i hope that this one will be a success and i found the recipes on itv.com/lorraine , but i will be ordering there book for more recipes. What i have done is the ones that have milk and yoghurt in i use alternatives- soya based alternatives they are yummy. I have picked for a week: out of there recipes

Monday- Fruity oats with soya milk, cheats salmon and cream cheese bagel- using soya cream cheese and wholemeal bagel that is safe to eat, and meatballs and spaghetti for dinner.

Tuesday- Power you up pancakes

Wednesday- No Fry, Fry up, Chicken Salad, and Perfect pizza lunch

Thursday- Super Smoothie- Using soya, Super Health Sarnie, Meatballs and Spag

Friday- Pretend bacon and tomato sarnie (hint turkey rashers), Smoothie Love- soya for lunch, Sinless Scampi and Chips- (using maris piper)

Saturday- Ham omelette, Houmous and Beetroot Sarnie, Chicken and Bacon with sundried tomatoes

Sunday- Lamb, Almond, and date tagine.

Fruit from left overs for snack and 1 treat a week
