Tray Posted December 6, 2011 Report Share Posted December 6, 2011 been to see my new shrink today, he was very nice, he basically put into words exactly how i am feeling right now. he has upped my meds, as he thinks the reason i felt so bad on them was that the dosage was toolow. he thinks i am going throu a bad depressive period right now and need somethin to give me a lift as he put it. he was also understanding about how much i still drinkand the fact i smoke skunk, all in i feel positive about today. i know i am not going to feel better right away but its a step in the right direction x Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
