What I Am Doing For Recovery

I've started cooking from recipes, rather than processed ready meals.

I'm being supportive to my colleagues, rather than it just being one way, as it was in the past.

I've started going to a writing group, and am breaking the isolation of years of illness.

I'm making sure I get plenty of sleep, and that I keep warm.

I am becoming more able to override the incessant inner critic.
