Shadow girl
Hi there, I had my first DBT pre commitment session the other week and I came away with six questionnaires to do for next time (tomorrow). I've had some real difficulty filling them in because they all ask about mood and behaviour over time (2 weeks - 3 months depending on the form). Most of the questions I could answer all the responses truthfully because my mood swings so far and so fast so frequently. I've ended up putting loads of contradicting answers and lots of notes in the margins explaining my difficulty with it. Has anyone else had this? I don't see the point in them really. carlylight1
yes, not had to fill that many in but when i've done a couple have usually found it quite stresful. human beings don't fit into tick the box forms easily! i suppose the forms help to give an idea of where you're at but i'm sure the therapists also know it can only ever give a vague impression so just keep answering as best you can xxx
