Bingeing

fat

horrible

not hungry

stomach hurts

still stuffing in food

feel disgusting

so stuff in more

bloody hate being like this - but it seems the only way of keeping things 'stable' on the outside

if the food goes

the emotions rocket out of control

is this what happens to people?

Oh yes I can really relate to this Walker...I find myself in this behaviour cycle so often and its so hard to stop. ((hugs)) xx

Yes, 110% can relate.. feel so fat and disgusting but feel empty.. so binge, stuff myself.. then feel so fat and disgusting.. I hate it too.

so the more awer know we shoudl lose it the more we eat and head sowont settles on anythng except making us eveni fatter

(((walker)))hi walker, i have the same kind of problems with binging. I hope you can break the binge eating cycle and find a more positive outlet...so, so difficult i know this, i am myself still trying to find a way out xx

alternately binge or nothing - wish i could make up my bloody mind

one packet of raspberries at lunchtime...

600g of cheese before bed... no chorizo in fridge (ate that yesterday) or I'd eat one of those.... I can't imagine why - i hate the way I look - stick legs, spherical belly, bald head... all i really wanted to do when I was a kid was be a girl and nothing's changed - i hate being a man...

well

today

we were resolved (YET AGAIN)

to put a stop to this

as we MUST lose weight

so we drank tea, walked dog, had weetabix, drank water, drank hot choc (choc substitute) - since 6.30am

and now

just over 4 hours later

we have started bingeing

so

4 fking hours

and then failur

again

and we want more

and more

and more

and more

and more

and planning

angry

pathetic

failed

trapped

stupid

fking useless

crap

head

I can relate to this so much Walker. I want to eat well, want to diet, but I can't stop eating. I'm not hungry, but there is food in the cupboards and so I will eat it. Then after, I complain that I'm fat and not losing weight, but won't admit to him that I've stuffed my face all day.

we live near late shops - but try not to go out at night

sometimes - if its bad - its like head will explode if we dont eat

sometimes we just sit and watch clock until we know shop is shut

other times its ok

today it started because we were angry/upset about something

have just had good healthy dinner and now ruining it

How about writing down everything you eat, and how many calories are in it. Maybe that way it might put you off going to get more. Give yourself a reasonable target to start with. I tried this and it helped, when you see how many calories there are, and how quickly they add up, it's pretty scary. x

That sounds a good plan Head Hurts, I should do that too, although when I do I go the opposite and have anorexic behaviours... got diagnosed with non-purge bulimia, although I don't have the bulimia tendencies very often... mainly just the bingeing side of things. Don't know how to control my eating without going OTT. :-( I end up going out and buying stuff when there's nothing in the house. Nothing seems to stop the urges. x

so

today

eaten 3 choc bars + breakfast - by 10 am

went into town

all we see in shop windows is this fat fat person reflection

she is foul

people might feel sorry and sad for those who dont/cant eat

but they will hate the fat greedy ones who apparently show no selfcontrol no

feel fking gross and shit and still want/need to eat more

and

has anyone got any tips to lessen fluid retention (excluding diuretics)

Cut down loads on salt and carbs and drink plenty of wash to flush you out, you'll feel bloated but next day you'll feel loads better.
