Shadow girl
Yesterday my CPN did a "structured clinical interview" or whatever scid stnds for. I thought "Scid" is a very appropriate name as it made me admit to and discuss everything about me that is sh**! At the end she confirmed it does indicate I have BPD - well der, I wouldn't have been allowed to be reffered for DBT if I didn't. Not quite sure why we did that in my appointment. Just wanted to say that, get it out my system. I didn't lake stirring all the bad stuff about me up.

AppleCrumble
What's a structured clinical interview compared with the normal interview? xx
Shadow girl
It just had set questions specifically designed to identify BPD traits. You have to score 3 on 5 or more of the sections to get the label. DBT was supposed to start yesterdday but it got postponed to 23rd. I've been doing pre-committment work for ages. 8-9 one to one sessions with my DBT keyworker. It's been hardgoing but my next appointment is the first proper DBT one. Thanks for your replies. x
