Lost Weight.

I've lost another 3 pounds I am working hard on not snacking in the evening. I have stopped eating ice cream and am having frozen yogurt instead. I am walking more often than I have been aswell trying to walk each day. I think I might be about to get my waist back and I've noticed that some clothes are a little loser so I'm feeling better about my weight problem.

congratulations! it can be so hard to lose weight if thats what you want or need to do. its good that you've found things like frozen yoghurt so you don't feel you are missing out on yummy food :) xxx

I've tried to drink more water aswell as I read online that sometimes if you are thirsty your body sends signals that you are hungry but you aren't really it is water that you need.
