Jess1090 Posted May 17, 2012 Report Share Posted May 17, 2012 I've lost another 3 pounds I am working hard on not snacking in the evening. I have stopped eating ice cream and am having frozen yogurt instead. I am walking more often than I have been aswell trying to walk each day. I think I might be about to get my waist back and I've noticed that some clothes are a little loser so I'm feeling better about my weight problem.
