imdebbiem Posted May 28, 2012 Report Share Posted May 28, 2012 I went into town this morning on my own to look around the shops...doesn't sound like a big deal but it was the first time this year I have dared myself to go into town cos my anxiety often prevents me. Chris dropped me off and I took a taxi back. Cos it was a Monday morning it wasn't too busy...I don't think I would of made it out of the car if it was a Saturday.
