rosesoneday Posted June 29, 2012 Report Share Posted June 29, 2012 Hi everyone I have joined today because I have bpd and although I have had it for many years and have gone through various drugs and therapies I feel at the moment that I am going out of my mind. I live with a Narcissist who fuels my paranoia. Sorry this is the first time I have posted anything and dont really know what to say but hello.. I relate to what you and Tan say about 'going out of my mind'. I have been in and out of mine for years and at the moment it is all a bit marginal. stephanielawson86@hotmail.co.uk Posted July 4, 2012 Report Share Posted July 4, 2012 Hi everyone, I'm new also freshly diagnosed with BPD, my mental health team in town is shockingly unsupportive, I live miles away from family, I keep friends at arms length through pure fear that I will be totally ditched and my bf has not a clue how to settle me when I feel my lowest/irritated so suicidal today I grabbed a last straw and signed in to here to speak to people who understand at least! My partner doesnt have a clue either when I start to spiral.... Hun keep posting on here. Everybody has been so supportive, and like you I have people just to say hi to but thats about it, and my family live miles from me. Anytime you want to chat just email me.... I have today just become a supporter so hopefully I will be able to chat in a safe room. What makes the difference is that if ever I feel lonely or just want to chat/confide in people who genuinely care and understand more than most then I pop on here and browse around and it instantly makes me feel happy! I know it sounds pathetic but when you have spent what feels like eternity being the black sheep of your surroundings here feels like I'm totally accepted and it's just exactly what I need, well, what we all need really!
