Olanzepine And Mornings

I take 10mg of Olanzepine at night and it's great, it's a very calming med

But the first hour in the morning is dreadfull - it's as if my mind is searching for things to worry or feel guilty about

Then it seems to fade away

Does anyone else get this ?

Hi mole,

I find if i take an anti-p before bed i can't wake up properly for a bit longer.

As for the worry thing, I get that every day around 11am, and am prepared for it. It's def a mid morning thing. Anxieties of what needs to be done, what i haven't done and 'should' have , etc

A walk or some brisk housework helps, i find it gets much worse if i sit on the net , i need to be 'moving' to shake it.
