Co - Facilitating Groups

Recommended Posts

I was asked yesterday to think about helping out with various groups that i have been attending. I'm still on a CTO so was suprised when i was asked.

Today the head honch ho spoke to me about arranging some training.

I asked about what happens if i have an episode and end up too unwell, this was sort of brushed aside, so i feel a bit funny.

So really i should feel pleased to hear that people have faith in me, they compared to 2 years ago when i was in A&E almost 3 times a week and spending 9 months last year on section.

I'm so pleased you have been asked to do this Scally. I think it is a really good opportunity for you.

Obviously this guy has faith in you, more than you have in yourself, and it will help with your confidence and self esteem. I also think having some responsibility will be good for you and you will be less likely to relapse.

You are a very caring and intelligent woman, and this guy sees your potential.

Good luck if you decide to do it xx
