JBR2890 Posted October 16, 2012 Report Share Posted October 16, 2012 Hey, Just thought I'd post here as I'm feeling very upbeat about my counselling. I was sceptical about the whole thing initially but I've come to the conclusion that talking does help. I suffer from a high level of social anxiety alongside my depression and have been looking at the possible reasons why I am like this. It's great to make sense of my problems by hearing my counsellors perspective. Hopefully I'll be able to gain a lot more coping skills and finally start to face my anxieties.
