I want both of my arms tattooed eventually but don't think they'll be able to go over the larger scars I have.. I think they can tattoo over scars but its a personal thing whether they will or not because other people said probably not there and its come out fine Sorry that was the long winded way of saying yes you can tattoo over scars! ^_^ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
