I know it's not meant to be as basic as it sounds, like "Dear ?, Thank you for helping me" I have started it but not sure where to go with it. Any tips would be great. lauraw2693 Posted November 30, 2012 Report Share Posted November 30, 2012 I had to do one when I had CAT, my therapist did hers first which kinda helped because I just had to reply to it really. They just want to know what areas it has helped in, what areas you think you still need to work on, hopes for the future etc. Thats all I put anyway and she was thrilled with it even though I put it hardly addressed anything lol.
