I've lost a few pounds and it does have a few side effects. Quite a powerful drug - however as far as mood stabilizers go, it's not considered front line. I like it because it gives me so little appetite. Oh... and i't supposed to make you drowsy, but I usually don't get that effect - it's more of a mild stimulant for me.
