dolphin92
I didn't realise that writing unspoken words could be so liberating. It lifts a huge weight off. You don't realise how much you're carrying around until you release it through an outlet of some kind. It's made me feel optimistic, maybe I can rid myself of this darkness after all. BeaBee
I stutter slightly, especially when talking about issues that upset me. I have noticed that if I write down those feelings, often of misplaced shame or guilt I can speak more easily. I am super happy you've found some good in letting go in the form of writing. B. dolphin92
Yeah I think it definitely makes it easier to express yourself. I feel I can be as free and open as I like, without burdening anyone. And it gets rid of some of the toxic thoughts and feelings in my head. I feel like my mind has space to breathe now.
