Mindfulness And Meditation Class

Just wanted to share how useful this was for me, i went for the first time today it is ran by a local Buddhist group but anyone can go.

We did some meditation and there was a bit of a talk on positive thinking and how we create problems internally by reacting to our external environment.

A lot of the things discussed I could really relate to and the meditation practice was useful too, i would recommend this to anyone
