My Plan Inspired By Jeckle88 :)

Short term goals

Putting myself first

  • Stay Single until I feel better in myself
  • Exercise
  • Get a massage
  • Sort my room out (Moved from a full house, to a room in a shared house to save money)
  • Get better with my finances and try and pay overdraft off
  • Stop drinking, do a dry month. (I managed dry January, 46 days actually, but it's all gone downhill ever since)
  • Lose some weight
  • Get my eye brows done
  • Stop looking for drama
  • Make more of an effort with my friends
  • Get as much help as I can
  • Don't give up

Long term goals

  • Deal with my mum once and for all
  • Deal with the insecurities that have swamped me for as long as I can remember.

I've been going through a bad patch - a mixture of depression and drinking too much, I keep coming to the same set of traffic lights and not sure which way to go and in doing that I'm making myself feel horrible and, well I just feel like I'm stuck in a rut. I am survivor, I want to be a survivor, not a victim.

If you behave like a survivor even if it feels fake, just act like you are and you will be(come) one :)
