isitme204 Posted May 25, 2013 Report Share Posted May 25, 2013 Short term goals Putting myself first Stay Single until I feel better in myself Exercise Get a massage Sort my room out (Moved from a full house, to a room in a shared house to save money) Get better with my finances and try and pay overdraft off Stop drinking, do a dry month. (I managed dry January, 46 days actually, but it's all gone downhill ever since) Lose some weight Get my eye brows done Stop looking for drama Make more of an effort with my friends Get as much help as I can Don't give up Long term goals Deal with my mum once and for all Deal with the insecurities that have swamped me for as long as I can remember. I've been going through a bad patch - a mixture of depression and drinking too much, I keep coming to the same set of traffic lights and not sure which way to go and in doing that I'm making myself feel horrible and, well I just feel like I'm stuck in a rut.
