Bubbles.. Posted January 17, 2014 Report Share Posted January 17, 2014 It was my therapists idea to start getting fit again, It is for my mental health really. I am going to join a gym on Monday and have also started to look at some bikes this morning, I have not rode a bike since I was a teenager. So instead of going by car or bus I will cycle to where I am going even though the main roads will be scary but this will be a challenge. If I can give one tip, don't pile on too much at once then youll be overwhelmed get frustrated and then disappointed with yourself for not being able to stick to it so keep it manageable.
