bad butterflies.

Not the good ones that come with falling in love

or waiting for christmas morning

when you're a kid.

No,these are black & malevolent.

Waiting for the disaster to come-

i know it's coming &

it's my fault.

My lungs have constricted

i can't breathe,fucking hell

i can't get a good breath.

My heart is hammering

on the door of my sternum-
