craig1986 Posted August 2, 2014 Report Share Posted August 2, 2014 hey im new to this stie been passed on the site details from my care worker cause she said it was really good and by browsing through a few of the topics etc. it really seems it everyone is happy friendly and willing to help. anyways hope to speak to a few of you soon take care and im not only here for advice I will give as well as having over more than 10yrs experience of suffering mental health I have a few good tools that I could share to help.
