I often cycle with my bipolar without triggers. I take meds but I'm still not able to really function. With BPD, I can be trigged mostly by interpersonal things. Just dealing with people can make me very ill. I have completed two years of once a week psychodynamic therapy! I was hoping I would be much better after, but I'm not really. The Psychologist didn't noticed I also had bipolar during our delightful sessions.
