The voices have been ordering me to cut again and I do what they say cos they are gonna get me. I've not told anyone cos I can't trust them and the people behind the voices will use it as amunition against me. I don't believe anyone. I don't know where to go or what to do with myself. Usually i head bang when they really nasty as i dont know what else to do. Welcome to the forums by the way. Are you on any meds for your voices?
