Feeling pleased

So as part of my bpd one of the ways I deal with my emotions is to binge and because of this I am severly overweight. Since starting pretreatment for dbt I have been looking at self harming behaviour and working with other ways to deal with it. So three weeks ago I went on a calorie controlled diet and in that three weeks I have lost 11lbs. I am so pleased although I still struggle not to use food as a crutch I like the feeling I get when I stand on the scales with a loss xx

That's great I'm also a comfort eater, and in dbt...anything that gives a good feeling is worth doing, so well done :)
