Data Posted December 22, 2015 Report Share Posted December 22, 2015 1. I have a problem with how I occupy myself. If I am busy I get stressed with what I am doing. If I am not I feel guilty. Both are unsatisfying. I am looking forward to Xmas as I can give myself permission to just be idle. 2. I think I am probably quite depressed. So I am looking for the things I do in my life to boost my mood. I think I probably even consciously or subconsciously choose things I think will help. Saharah Blue Posted December 27, 2015 Report Share Posted December 27, 2015 I had to learn how give myself permission to do nothing, I listened to a dharma talk once, called Nothing Needs to Happen, it really stuck with me because having MH takes a lot out of me and I really need time to just be.
