Is anyone else trying to navigate this lockdown with chronic Depression and Anxiety?

Hi there,

Really don't know if this forum is still active as the posts are old and it should be really busy, particularly during lockdown.  Am very isolated and have no support and am really struggling to manage lockdowns as can't use coping mechanisms due to restrictions.  If there is anyone out there that is struggling too, during this difficult time please do contact me for a chat.

Hey Louisa, Sadly this place like a ghost time these days and has been for a few years to be honest... A lot changed and people stopped coming back to use this place... 

I'm an old member and try and pop on ever now and then... I myself am and have struggled with all these lockdowns and changes we have all had to try and deal with somehow in the last year...

I have the same problem and I'm afraid there is no salvation here. I mean, there are protests and getting rid of these restrictions. Only then will we return to normal.
