feeling quite shaken the door bell just went and as I answered some guy just pushes past me and goes running upstairs turns out he's one of my house mates friends, still doesn't excuse how he burst in :(

It's nice to hear Wilkinson are dealing with what happened the other day, And it has gone right up to the highest people and will be dealt with... Got sent flowers from them and also will be getting a letter and a token of gesture from them too... So it does go to show, I really didn't do anything wrong when I went in there, But I still won't go back in there AGAIN...
